At BootBuddy®, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new boots aren't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
